Your Voice Matters
Established in 1991, the Area 15 HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Planning Network (Area 15 CPN) acts as a local advisory body for people living with HIV (PLWH), affected community members, and providers in Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties (Area 15). Over the past 29 years, members have served and played a vital role in planning and building an accessible high-quality system of prevention and patient care for people living with, affected by and at risk for HIV/AIDS in Area 15. MISSION
Ensuring Access to Care
Our mission is to facilitate and coordinate the HIV planning process and to assist the Florida Department of Health (DOH) in St Lucie County, Lead Agency, in developing, writing, monitoring, revising, evaluating and promoting the Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan for AREA 15, serving Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties.

What We Do
A Catalyst for Positive Change
Here is a snapshot of what we do:

Meet on a regular basis to review and advise on patient care and prevention plans, goals, needs assessments, and quality management plan.

Use our assessments and goals to make recommendations about services that should be funded in Area 15.

Advise the Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County in the HIV/AIDS planning process.
